✨ PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING ✨ Credit Card Disputes: • If a client disputes any charges after service has been rendered all steps towards rectifying will be made. I will reach out to you to communicate and if no communication is heard from you with in 2 hours, I will take all necessary legal options to show proof that you did receive all services & products. • If you have issues with your service you have 48 hours to contact me regarding any redo options. • Please remember I have a camera in my room that will prove that you did receive services & purchased products. If necessary I will take legal action such as small claims court and you will be required to pay for any court fees + any unpaid/canceled services because of the dispute. • Any texts/dm's between us regarding your service will be used to prove you did receive services. Camera In Studio: • I do have a camera in my studio that records 24/7 • Please understand this is to protect myself & my clients for special situations that could arise. • If for any situations where courts/law get involved the camera can be used as evidence in any case Social Media Pictures: • Before & Afters are used for social media, website, & marketing. • When asked if its ok to take your picture that gives me consent to post them. • If you want you can share and tag yourself. • If you don't want your face shown just let me know. Refund policy: • All sales are final on all products/services no refunds will be issued. • In the rare event I choose to refund your payment and once refund is received, you agree to not speak ill/leave a bad review of anything that can/will effect my business negatively and we will part ways. Correction Services Policy: • Clients have 48 hrs to contact me if unhappy with any services, in order for any service to be fixed for free • If You leave truly happy with your service and your husband/wife/boyfriend/girlfriend/parents/adult children/friends/etc doesn't like your service and you want to change anything about your service their will be an additional charge of which ever service you are wanting redone. • If you are truly unhappy with your lashes, you may request a free removal and partial refund. Refund will not be given unless removal is booked and completed. Payments of Services: • All payments of services must be paid at time of appointment. • I accepts Cash, and all major Debit or Credit Cards. • If you forget your wallet, card declines, I have to send you and invoice to pay for your services there will be a $5 service charge for this payment option. All invoices must be paid within a timely matter. Any invoice that is paid after 12 hours of original appointment time will result in a $25 late fee for each day that it is not paid. • Any services that are not paid by invoice with in 24 hours will be considered theft of services and will take legal action. Client will be responsible for all court fees, and any other fees that go along with getting paid for those services rendered. Proof that you did receive services & purchased products. How to prep for your appointment: •NO CONTACTS ON WHILE PERFORMING SERVICE as they may cause irritation and redness (please bring your case or solution if needed). •A $25 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO BOOK. • I do ask if you are paying in cash please pay the remaining balance in exact cash as I often do not have change handy. • no extra guest unless stated otherwise. LATE POLICY •A 10 minute grace period will be provided, if it is past the 10 minutes a $10 charge will be added on. -After 15 minutes the appointment will be cancelled and the deposit will be lost. -No show no calls will be charged an additional 50% of the service total aside from the deposit. -If no deposit was collected it will be 50% no show charge. -If you are running late please lmk -I do ask that you cancel or reschedule the appointment at least 24 hours in advance,unless an unexpected emergency happens. •I understand that life happens please just communicate. FILLS •Anything after 4 week will be considered a full set •When booking a full you must have at least 35-50% of your lashes. Cancellation Policy
There will be a 50% cancellation fee for cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled appointment. 100% of the service will be charge if no show within hours of appointment
